1:1 Individual Sessions include:
1 hour = $40 for Ages (11-19)
Coach Chloe Lacrosse 101 offers personalised coaching sessions designed to improve your lacrosse skills, strategy, and overall performance. Each session is tailored to meet your individual needs, ensuring focused and effective training. Within the session the below is included:
Individual Session
One-on-one coaching sessions focused on developing your specific lacrosse skills and techniques.
Check Ins
Check Ins with athletes to see progress & how athlete is feeling.
Goal Setting
Athletes will set long term and short-term goals to aspire to for lacrosse. Each Session they will also have individual goals: Skill Focus, Fitness Focus, Tactical Focus & Mental Focus
Wall Ball & Footwork Program
Athletes will be given a wall ball & footwork/agility handbook they can do at home!

Organised or Planned Group Sessions
1 hour $25 (Ages ~13-19)
Group Sessions include tailored training sessions based on specific skills or positions in Lacrosse.
